What is required to reserve my wedding date?
A signed contract is required along with a $100 (non-refundable) deposit in order to reserve your wedding date. All weddings are booked on a first come, first served basis.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Any major credit cards along with cash and check payments. Payment for services will be due two weeks prior to wedding/event. An invoice will be emailed to Bride/Client that can be paid via check or all major credit cards. Bride is responsible for paying entire invoice. For any extra services provided on the day of, payment must be in cash.
Can members of my bridal party pay you separately for their services?
In order to avoid stress and confusion the morning of the wedding, we do not accept payment from multiple parties. Regardless of the bride's private arrangements for the payment of each individual's beauty services, all payments are to be made by the bride.
Can I change the number of hair services after booking?
Upon paying a deposit to book, the bride commits to the amount of services that she has signed for. Add-ons are always welcome as long as the increase in number is communicated as soon as possible. Should a decrease in service numbers suddenly occur, the bride is still responsible for the remaining balance reflected in her client contract and invoice; all services initially booked must be paid for.
Are there any travel fees that are applied for the day of?
A travel fee of $75 may be applicable depending on the destination of the wedding. If self-parking is not available on location, the bride will be responsible for any parking fees that may occur. Please feel free to contact me regarding destination at firstname.lastname@example.org.
